Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
a) Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier company details. Most orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days.
b) The estimated delivery time may vary by state. Working days are calculated excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues.
c) During Sale events, dispatches may be delayed due to increased order volumes. We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 4 days from the order date.
i. Error in Address
Once an order has been shipped, errors in the shipping address cannot be corrected. Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited will coordinate with the courier service providers to resolve the issue; however, if the order is rejected, lost, or destroyed due to an error in the shipping information provided by you, Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited cannot issue a refund or credit of any kind. If the error causes the order to be returned to Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the product cost, and the remaining balance will be credited to your bank account.
ii. Customer Refusal
If a customer refuses a product or order for any genuine and authentic reason, the product must be returned to Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited's warehouse in good, resalable condition. Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited will refund the product cost to the customer after deducting the reverse shipping and handling costs.
iii. Package Loss
It is very rare for a domestic order to get lost, but sometimes it may happen. When your order is lost, please report Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited through Email: info@sagepanacea.com with the details of location & tracking details. Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited take every possible step to help resolve this matter.
iv. International Shipping
All of Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited orders are shipped internationally from Pune, India to your provided shipping address.
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned to our fulfillment center in an undamaged and resalable condition. A refund will not be issued against this order. In addition, if Sage Panacea Innovations Private is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to restrictions, you may be responsible for that cost, too.

Any disputes, legal actions, or legal matters related to this website or the products of Sage Panacea Innovations Private Limited shall be addressed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India courts.
Return and Refund Policy
I. Returns
For prepaid orders, only the product amount will be refunded, excluding the shipping charges. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags intact.
II. Refund & Replacement
1. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
2. Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.
3. In case of NEFT, it would require us at least 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount. For Prepaid orders the amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. In prepaid orders, the shipping charges will not be credited, only the product amount will be settled.
5. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

III. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, you contact us at info@sagepanacea.com
IV. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
